A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding 400,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, around April 2019, removed B’s license plate attached to the Oratoa park located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then illegally used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air units, by attaching B’s license plate to the Oratoa owned by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising in the parking lot of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
2. On September 26, 2019, from around 08:10 to around 08:30 of the same day, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, an air defense unit, which was illegally used, by running the Defendant’s above-mentioned number plate on the 6km section from the above C apartment to the road front of the locking direction in the 6km section of the 688 Olympic Road with the Dongjak-gu Seoul Labor.
3. The accused who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate any motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, as the owner of the above earth and sand;
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the two-wheeled automobile, which did not purchase mandatory insurance at the same time and place as stated in the above Paragraph 2.
4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, driving the said motorcycle at the same time and place as the stated in the foregoing paragraph (2).
5. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, as stated in paragraph (2) above, operated the said motorcycle at a section of about 4 km from the lower IC to the upper IC on the fluor of the fluor, in line with the Olympic Games prohibited from operating the motorcycle temporarily.
