The Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on May 12, 2016, who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a indecent act committed by a minor under the age of 13) and for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse.

Where a person subject to registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of such change to the competent police station within 20 days from the date on which the reason for such change arises.

On October 28, 2017, the Defendant failed to submit changed information to the competent police station within 20 days and violated the obligation to submit information on a person subject to registration of personal information of a sexual offender, even though his/her domicile had been changed due to his/her domicile at the place of residence other than the first registered childcare center.
