Reasons
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
Even if the evidence examined by this court was presented, it is difficult to change the facts and judgments recognized by the first instance court.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
