The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged (excluding the portion without charge) on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In doing so, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the criminal intent and deception in fraud

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
