A. Defendant C is a person mediating the transfer or acquisition of a private taxi transport business license, and Defendant B is a person who was a private taxi driver.

B. On January 7, 2015, Defendant C: (a) knew of the fact that Defendant B was under the influence of 0.149% of blood alcohol level while driving his/her dystal taxi while driving his/her dystal taxi at around February 16, 2015 upon the Plaintiff’s request to inquire about whether there is a person to transfer his/her private taxi transport license; (b) provided that Defendant C was under the influence of 0.149% of his/her blood alcohol level; (c) provided that there is a reason to cancel his/her driver’s license to Defendant B’s private taxi transport business after the occurrence of a traffic accident; (d) provided that around February 20, 2015, Defendant C was only from the “F” exchange store operated by Defendant C, Young-gu, Seoul; and (e) provided that there was a time interval between the cancellation of his/her driver’s license license to Defendant B and his/her payment to the Plaintiff before the cancellation of his/her private taxi transport business license

C. Accordingly, around February 24, 2015, Defendant C called “F” to the Plaintiff from the above “F” exchange store and called “F “F, which has been a person to transfer a personal taxi transport business license,” and received documents related to the acquisition of a personal taxi transport business license from the Plaintiff on the same day, and Defendant B was issued with the documents related to the acquisition of a personal taxi transport business license from the Plaintiff. Defendant B was able to transfer a personal taxi transport business license from the “F” exchange store to Defendant C at the “F” exchange store on the same day, one certificate of personal seal impression, one certificate of personal taxi driver, and one copy of a personal taxi driver’s certificate. The Defendants were as in the public service center of the Jeonjin-gu Police Station, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 299 on the same day, by reporting that Defendant B lost his taxi number plate (D) and changed the number of the taxi after receiving new numbers (G) from Defendant C on February 25, 2015.
