However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

1. No one shall arrange sexual traffic, etc. for the business of arranging sexual traffic, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

Nevertheless, from September 10, 2014 to September 17, 2017:20, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts, etc. against many unspecified sexual buyers during the above period by having them equipped with 10 rooms, etc. equipped with a shower room, one shower room, etc. in a commercial sex dealing business establishment, and guiding them to the said room after receiving KRW 90,00 in return for commercial sex acts from customers H, etc. who found in that place, and allowing I to scam the sexual organ of the said H in his/her hand and scambling, etc.

2. No person shall engage in sexual traffic in violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc. Act;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on September 17, 2014, at the place specified in paragraph (1), was to receive KRW 90,00 from J and to engage in sexual traffic, as well as to engage in sexual traffic. In addition, the Defendant committed sexual traffic between March 20, 2012 and September 16:00 on an average of one gender-purchase per day from March 20, 2012 to September 17, 2014.
