The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 01:00 on January 6, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (A, 63 years of age) who was suffering from disturbance in his/her residence in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, by drinking the victim’s face on one occasion, booming the head debt, and booming the head debt.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
