However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter cargo vehicles.

On 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle without a driver's license on 08:40 on 21, 2017, and was straighted three lanes at the speed of about 50 km in speed from the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

In this case, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly look at the front side and left side and right side and to prevent accidents by accurately doing steering and brakes.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury to the victim D (hereinafter “victim”) such as salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks’ medical treatment, and the injury to the same victim F (hereinafter “F”), including salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks’ medical treatment.

B. On the same date and time as above, Defendant 1 operated Category C truck without the driver’s license of the motor vehicle in the same manner as above, approximately 5 km to the underground vehicular road located in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon.
