The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below’s decision of the court of first instance that found the Defendant guilty on the grounds that all of the facts charged of this case were not proven as a crime, and it is acceptable to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance and render the acquittal. There is no error of law by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the criminal intent of deception and deception in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
