(hereinafter “U”) was established in the name of T, Inc. (hereinafter “U”) in the name of the head of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul-si, for the purpose of supplying school meals in the name of friendly X-si, Hanam-si, and the “Y” was established in the name of Y Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Y”) for the purpose of supplying school meals in the name of friendly X-si, Hanam-si, Hanam-si, and a person who actually supplies food in the name of 20A, one of its employees, for the purpose of supplying food services in the name of 15th, 2014.

D around September 12, 2013, AK established a “AO” for the purpose of supplying school meal materials in the name of an agricultural company established by AK for the purpose of supplying school meal materials (hereinafter “AL”), and on January 20, 2015, AM established a “AO” for the purpose of supplying school meal materials in the name of AL, an employee of the said “AL,” in the name of AL, around January 20, 2015.
