On September 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won by violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on Busan District Court on September 13, 2010, and on July 3, 2018, the Jeju District Court sentenced the Defendant to a suspended sentence of one year on July 11, 2018.

On September 13, 2018, around 13:13, 2018, the Defendant stopped on the road in front of 84 entangdo-ro, Jeju Island 84, on the road in front of 2018, and around that time, police officers belonging to the Jeju Western Police Station in the Interlock Zone shall not move away from the road although the signal is straightened; hereinafter the same shall apply). After receiving a report from 112, the Defendant was found to have been seated in the driver’s seat of the said vehicle, and the Defendant was found to have been seated in the driver’s seat of the said vehicle, and then the Defendant was found to have driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, such as the Defendant was fluened by drinking while driving the vehicle, and the Defendant was unable to speak normally, and requested the Defendant to rebreathe by using a drinking measuring instrument.

However, on September 13, 2018, the Defendant avoided over three occasions from around 13:19 to 13:29, and took a bath to the said police officer.

As a result, the Defendant did not comply with a breath test by a police officer, who has a reasonable ground to recognize that he was driving a motor vehicle while under influence of alcohol.

The Defendant is a holder of B-car and is engaged in driving of the said car.

1. On September 13, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy at a section of about 700 meters from the back side of the C hotel in Jeju to the front side of Jeju City, to the Do D, and driving B-low-income vehicle without being driven by 0.188% under the influence of alcohol.
