1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 17, 2010 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff asserts that around December 20, 2002, the Plaintiff leased KRW 27 million to the Defendant, and sought payment of the above loan and the damages for delay against the Defendant.
