2. Grounds for recognition: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The Plaintiff also claims management expenses incurred after August 1, 2018, but this does not accept any materials that specify or confirm the amount as a claim concerning the future portion.
The dismissal is dismissed.
