A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 557"
1. On September 3, 2010, the Defendant entered into a check contract with B Bank CFC and the Defendant under the name of the Defendant, and traded household checks.
On November 17, 2017, the Defendant issued a check number “G”, face value “3,00,000,000”, and issuance date “B bank bank bank check” under the name of the Defendant at a F office operated by the Defendant, Busan, Busan, and the Defendant’s head office.
On February 20, 2018, the holder of the check presented the check for payment within the period for presentment of payment.
However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.
In addition, the Defendant’s list of crimes in attached Form around November 17, 2017.
1. As stated, the household checks issued the coefficient table equivalent to the sum of 18,000,000 won in the total face value of six (6) face value of the household checks, and did not receive as suspension of deposit shortage or transaction.

2. On September 3, 2010, the Defendant entered into a household check contract with the Bank CFC Center and the Defendant under the name of the Defendant, and has traded the household check with the said bank.
On November 17, 2017, the Defendant issued one copy of the B bank bank bank check in the name of the Defendant, which was named as H, face value “H”, “3,00,000,000,” and “date of issuance,” at the “F office operated by the Defendant in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and E., Busan-do.”
On March 19, 2018, the holder of the check at issue presented the check to the above bank on March 19, 2018, which was within the time limit for presentment for payment, but the Defendant did not pay it as a suspension of transaction
In addition, the Defendant’s list of offenses from November 17, 2017 to January 19, 2018.
2. As indicated in the statement, the Bank issued a provisional coefficient table equivalent to 21,000,000 won in total of seven face value of household checks and presented payment within the period for presentment for payment respectively by each holder of the check, but did not receive it as a disposition of suspension of transaction.

3. On September 3, 2010, the Defendant entered into a household check contract with the financial center of the Bank C and the Defendant under the name of the Defendant.
