Reasons

Since the petition of appeal filed by the Defendants did not contain any grounds of appeal and did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period, all appeals are dismissed pursuant to Articles 429 and 427 of the Civil Procedure Act and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing parties. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench
