The defendant shall pay 122,123,600 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the lawsuit against the defendant C was withdrawn). 2. Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act, which is the ground for recognition (which is deemed as confession due to absence)
