Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On January 17, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 25, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
The Defendant contacted with B and C App, which is a marijuana sales book, and paid a total of KRW 3,420,000 and purchased approximately KRW 19g for marijuana, in 11 times as follows:
From December 7, 2018 to January 9, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana over five times from that time, from January 9, 2019 to December 7, 2018, using the remitter’s personal information known to B to the E bank account (F) in the name of a limited-liability company B, which was known to B at an unclaimed place, and then transferred a photograph of a place where marijuana is hidden. At that time, the Defendant purchased marijuana by means of finding about about 1g of marijuana, which is hidden in the open air condition of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then purchased it from that time, from that time to January 9, 2019, at least five times as shown in the attached list of crimes No. 1 to 5.
B. From January 30, 2019 to February 28, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana over six occasions from that time, including: (a) the Defendant, from January 30, 2019 to February 28, 2019, by transmitting KRW 360,000 to the above account in the name of D in the above manner, and then receiving a photograph of the place where the hemp is hidden; and (b) around that time, purchased marijuana by finding approximately 2g of the hemp that is hidden in the outside of the air conditioner air conditioner air conditioner in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul; and (c) from that time until February 28, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana on six occasions, as described in the attached list of crimes No. 6 through 11.
2. Smoking marijuana;
