1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:

A. Of the buildings of the first floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, the indication of drawings in the attached Form A, B, C, D, and A.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Nonparty E, as the owner of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government land, has constructed and leased an unauthorized building on its ground.

B. On January 1, 2012, F, the wife of Defendant B, and Defendant C, is “the store in the instant case” with the size of 7.5 square meters or less connected each point of the above above ground buildings, in order to indicate the annexed drawings among the above ground buildings: (a) 2, (b) 3, (c), (d) , and (a) .

(3) On October 14, 2016, the Plaintiff purchased the above unauthorized buildings under the condition that the Plaintiff would pay KRW 290 million to E while constructing a private house, etc. in the vicinity of the said land, and purchased the said unauthorized buildings under the condition that the Plaintiff would remove the building, and the Plaintiff would deliver the relevant building to the Plaintiff and actively endeavor to move to the Plaintiff by closing the lease relationship with the tenant and returning the deposit money. D. The Plaintiff did not pay the Plaintiff the Plaintiff the Plaintiff’s refusal of the contract from October 10, 2016 to the Plaintiff, but did not deliver the Plaintiff’s refusal to renew the contract, and the Plaintiff’s removal of the Plaintiff’s free will to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff’s heir, the Plaintiff’s heir of the instant land, and the Plaintiff did not remove the Plaintiff’s free bid and the Plaintiff’s heir of each of the instant land.

2. Determination as to the cause of action

A. According to the above facts, the instant lease agreement was terminated on December 31, 2017 at the latest due to the expiration of the rent arrears and the expiration of the period that reaches the F-3 period, and thus, the Plaintiff was terminated on December 31, 2016.
