A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
On March 27, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for murder at the Daegu High Court, and was released on March 30, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence on November 4, 2012.
