1. On October 9, 2002, the Plaintiff indicated the claim under title trust with the Defendant Co., Ltd. C (Co. D prior to the change)’s face value of KRW 5,000, registered common shares of KRW 500 (hereinafter “instant shares”).
However, since the defendant is disputing the plaintiff's shareholder's right of the shares of this case, the plaintiff, the actual shareholder of the shares of this case, has a benefit to seek confirmation of shareholder's right against the defendant, the name of the shareholder
