1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 300,000,00 and the Defendants B from April 14, 2017 to July 11, 2017.

Reasons

D Around November 5, 2015, the due date for repayment was set as 300,00,000 won to Defendant B on May 4, 2016. On the same day, Defendant C guaranteed the above loan obligation against Defendant B, and the amount equivalent to the above loan obligation against Defendant B over two times on April 4, 2017 and December 12, 2017. D transferred the above loan obligation against Defendant B, the above joint guarantee obligation against Defendant C, and the above joint guarantee obligation against the Defendants on the same day, and notified the Defendants of the transfer thereof, according to each of the statements in Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 14 (including each number). According to the above facts, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment order from 30,000,000 and each of the above 201,000,000 won to 20,000,000 won to 271,717.
