1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Three floors of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government ground reinforced concrete structure and red sloping roof.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: On January 12, 2009, the building indicated in the order was leased to the Defendant with a lease deposit of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 350,000 (which shall be changed to KRW 450,000,00). Since the rent was not paid in January 12, 2014, the said lease contract was terminated upon notification of the content as of March 24, 2017.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
