1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,00,000 and KRW 30,000 among them, 20% per annum from August 8, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On January 31, 2007, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 30 million from the Plaintiff, and agreed to repay KRW 33 million including interest KRW 3 million within two days, and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation to repay the above borrowed amount.
