1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,934,100 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 18, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
