The defendant is a person who operates P hospital ‘P hospital' in the YO of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

1. An employer in arrears of money and valuables for his/her employed worker shall pay the full amount of wages in currency at least once a month on a fixed date;

2. If a retired worker dies or retires, the employer in arrears with money or other valuables shall pay him/her wages, compensations, and all other money or valuables within 14 days from the time the cause for such payment occurred;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay 102,980,279 won in total for 13 retired workers as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2, including the fact that the Defendant did not pay 102,980,279 won in total for 13 retired workers as of December 10, 2015 to October 1, 2016, from March 2016 to August 2016, without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date.
