On July 6, 2014, at around 00:04, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.139% from the area near Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si to the 4797 Sunam-si, Manam-si, Manam-si, to the GM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.139%.
