A was unable to enter the Republic of Korea in a normal way for the foregoing reasons, and upon the misunderstanding of personal information, A was issued an identification card and passport with which the name A and the date of birth were changed to F in an abnormal manner through Chinese slabs around May 198, 198.

After that, Defendant A concealed the fact of illegal stay in Korea, and applied for a visa with the name and date of birth of Defendant A (A and F) to a public official in charge of visa in the promotionary consular unit in the Republic of Korea. Defendant A obtained permission of naturalization from the Minister of Justice on May 11, 1998. A

Defendant A conspired with Defendant B on November 30, 2010, at the general civil petition office in Guro-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul, the Guro-gu, Seoul. A used a family register in the name of Defendant B, who had obtained permission for naturalization, to enter false facts in the family registration information system of the Supreme Court and to have a public official in charge of family registration in the above Gu office, including a marriage registration statement and an unmarried official certificate, which entered false facts as if the marriage had been entered in the Chinese nationality with Defendant B, and stored and kept such false facts in the family registration information system of the Supreme Court. As above, Defendant A submitted to the public official in charge of family registration of the above Gu office without knowledge of the circumstance that the marriage was entered in the computer registration system.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to make a false report to the public official, and entered false facts in the special media records, such as public records, and used them.
