1. The defendant is based on sale on February 2, 2009 with respect to the fishery right stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff, on February 2, 2009, purchased the fishery right listed in the separate sheet from the defendant in the amount of KRW 22,00,000,000. Thus, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer as to the above fishery right.
2. Judgment on deemed confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
