A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled MDMA (one name, Xter, or more, hereinafter referred to as “EXP”) as psychotropic drugs, and dealt with the same, such as LSD (one name, lsD; hereinafter referred to as “lsD”) and Kenya.
1. Medication;

2. On December 2018, 2018, the Defendant administered EXP medication by means of using the method of putting EXP 1 in water together at the Gangnam-gu Seoul building and the residence of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at night on December 12, 2018.
3. Around February 2, 2019, the Defendant received and delivered each X-ray: (a) from around 08:00 to around 09:00 on February 2, 2019 to from around 08:0, the Defendant 1 of X-ray 1 of X-si located in K in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu; and (b) around that time, the Defendant received and received the above X-ray 1 of X-ray 1.
4. On January 17, 2019, the Defendant, at a port of supply by JFK located in New York of the United States on January 16, 2019, concealed five liquid amounts in the Handbags containing non-frious marijuana, on board the aircraft on the same day.
