No one shall apply for a visa or a visa issuance certificate, or assist such application, in order to allow a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea.

Nevertheless, the defendant, while entering Korea and staying there, had been mind to arrange a false application for a visa issuance certificate as the foreigners of Vietnam, who have the purpose of punishing money, enter Korea for the purpose of medical tourism.

Around April 2013, the Defendant asked D, Vietnam, to receive money from Korea, and received D’s passport, heading, and photograph, etc. receiving approximately KRW 210 million in Vietnam ( approximately KRW 10,580,000,000,000,000,000) from D, and delivered the same to H Hospital Heading and I via the deposit balance certificate, etc., stating false balance sheet, and sent it to H Hospital Heading and I, a medical corporation that is a medical institution for attracting foreign patients in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, through the F, etc. of Law Firm E, via the deposit balance certificate, etc., and caused the Defendant to apply for a visa issuance certificate with a false confirmation document, etc., as if the Defendant invited D to visit the “Snet Korea”, the electronic data processing system for the visa issuance certificate.

In addition, from April 17, 2013 to March 13, 2014, the Defendant had a medical corporation, H Hospital, and J apply for a visa issuance certificate in the same manner in total 83 times, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1), and (2).

As a result, the Defendant arranged a false application for a visa issuance certificate to allow a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea.
