A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 7,000,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. On September 24, 2014, Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking), in the branch court of the Busan District Court, for eight months of suspension of execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 2, 2014.

No person may render brokerage services using another person's name or trade name.

Nevertheless, on December 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the E-real estate brokerage office located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun; (b) using the name of F of an authorized broker F, the Defendant’s father’s father, the seller’s agent, sold approximately 1,650 square meters out of approximately 23,603 square meters of I forest land in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; and (c) performed the real estate brokerage business of mediating a real estate sales contract where the seller’s agent A sells approximately 1

Where a person who has entered into a contract with a third party to take over the ownership of the real estate A intends to again enter into such contract with a third party or to transfer the status of the contracting party to the contract with a third party, he/she shall obtain an approval seal from the head of a Si/Gun having jurisdiction over the location of such real estate in the first contract

Nevertheless, on March 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 3/4 of the shares in the I forest land in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S. from the seller M, N, andO on the name of his pro-Japanese L; and (b) concluded a sales contract with the seller on March 20, 2013, to purchase 1/4 of the shares in Q, R, and I forest land from the seller at the above place in Ulsan-si, U.S.; (c) purchased 485 million won out of the shares in Q, U.S., U.S., and I forest land; and (d) concluded the sales contract with the seller on December 3, 2013 to sell 1,65 million won out of the forest land in Ulsan-gun, U.S., U.K. to the seller at the place in question; and (e) concluded the sales contract with the P on December 3, 2013, selling 65 million won from the office in Ulsan-gun, U.

Accordingly, the defendant entered into a sales contract for the transfer of ownership of real estate and before registering the transfer, the third party and the real estate.
