A. At around 1930, I purchased the real estate listed in the separate sheet from J (hereinafter “instant real estate”). Around that time, I resided in the said real estate as a house, and I died on December 1, 1957.

K inherited the property solely by inheritance of Australia to South Korea.

K died on May 28, 2016, and the Plaintiff, as his spouse, was inherited by the Plaintiff’s own property through an agreement on the division of inherited property.

B. The instant real estate was owned by the J. The J died on August 10, 1943, and the J inherited the property solely due to the inheritance of the head of Australia.

L was killed on April 23, 1969, and M, N, andO, each of whose children succeeded to L.

M A. M died on April 29, 1981, and the Defendants succeeded M to M as the same shares as the shares in the shares owned by the Defendants.

C. Meanwhile, on September 6, 2016, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against N andO on the claim for ownership transfer registration against N andO, and rendered a judgment on September 6, 2016 that “DefendantO shall pay to the Plaintiff 1/7 shares in the land listed in the separate sheet, and Defendant N shall implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on December 1, 197 with respect to the 6/7 shares in the land listed in the separate sheet, respectively, on December 1, 197,” and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 17, 2016.

K has continuously occupied the instant real estate in peace and openly with its own intent since December 1, 1957, and the acquisition by prescription was completed on December 1, 197, after 20 years from that date.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on December 1, 197 with respect to each inheritance share entered in the same list of the Defendants’ shares in the attached list among the real estate listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.
