A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 2012, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor indecent act by compulsion under the age of 13), came to know of the victim D (the age of 11) who was the fifth grade of elementary school at the time of using the Defendant’s smartphone, using the Defendant’s smartphone, and then exchanged telephone numbers thereafter, divided the victim into “Kakakao Stockholm” and then divided the victim into “Kakao Stockholm,” and even after having been aware of the fact that the victim had yet to have yet to be sexually known, the Defendant used it to have the victim and to have the victim go back, and demanded the victim to photograph and send the victim’s chest, etc. with a photograph of the victim’s chest
Since then, the Defendant promised to do with the victim directly, and around 11:00 on August 2012, the Defendant moved to the “G apartment” children’s play place without the human resources of the wife after the first arrival of the F Library located in Ulsan-gu E on the front of the “F Library.”
Accordingly, the Defendant, at around 11:30 on the same day, talked with the victim by standing in opposite to each other on the part of the victim. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) put the victim into the front part of the victim’s neck; (b) talked with the victim’s chest; and (c) put the victim’s finger into the front part of the victim’s neck; and (d) again, put the victim’s finger into the front part of the victim.
Then, even though the victim expressed his intention to reject the Defendant’s “Isma, Ispath,” the victim continued to leave the same play equipment with the victim, and the victim’s her her son was her son.
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by assaulting assault.
2. Around 18:40 on June 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) put the Defendant into the Defendant’s smartphone at the Defendant’s house located in H on a racing for “Kakao Stockholm” and arouses or satisfies the Defendant’s sexual desire.
