1. On the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant),
A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), CFS Co., Ltd., is listed in the annexed Table 1 list.
Basic facts, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff entered into a contract on the lease of the Plaintiff and Defendant CFCGs are local public enterprises with the management authority for the large room of the underground floors of subway stations located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around October 2007, the Plaintiff promoted a collective development project with the aim of developing idle spaces within the subway history as a group price to promote the convenience of urban railroad users and to contribute to the management rationalization of the Plaintiff, and the G calendar was also included in the development project.
On October 2007, the Plaintiff announced the selection of a developer with respect to the development project of the above group, and received proposals from multiple companies, and among them, the Defendant CFS was selected as a priority bidder.
On November 28, 2008, the Plaintiff agreed to lease the amount of 4,44,000,000 won in contract amount, 66,000,0000 won in lease deposit, and the term of contract from November 28, 2008 to February 26, 2014, which is part of the building indicated in the attached Table 1 list with Defendant CNK PSMM as part of the building in the attached Table 1 list.
After that, on February 8, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant CenNK Pream changed the contract amount to KRW 4,848,478,50 (including value-added tax), KRW 727,271,730 from January 209 to April 12, 2014; on February 28, 2010, the Plaintiff changed the contract period from January 20, 201 to April 12, 2010, the area of the leased object was 102 square meters (hereinafter “instant large-scale room”), 5,454,610,149 (including value-added tax), and the contract amount was 4,818,47,416,410 to KRW 102,00,00,000,000 (including value-added tax), and the Plaintiff paid the lease deposit to the Plaintiff as KRW 4,818,194,261,2946,2946,206.
