2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a company running the STRT high-speed railway business, which is a company that comprehensively connects and manages the management activities process, such as ERP Enterping, company resource management, company production, logistics, finance, accounting, business, purchase, inventory, etc. on August 22, 2014, with respect to the above high-speed railway business (hereinafter “SP high-speed railway business”), and EP Enterping, company resource management system or company integration system to share information generated by the company and to facilitate the creation of new information and to facilitate decision-making.

1 Cloud Services means cloud services, at any time on the server of a provider of various software or data, which can be used in any device.

(HNA ENA Erphud, HEC) provides services to build an APHHEC service and system, but the Plaintiff entered into a contract on August 31, 2019, stating that the Plaintiff will use the aforesaid services until August 31, 2019, and that the Plaintiff will pay ENAPHHHEC service contract (hereinafter “instant 1 contract”).

E. E. PP system was established under the instant contract to use cloud spaces and provided them to the Plaintiff on January 2015. The Plaintiff used the ERP system from that time.

B. On December 2014, in preparation for the increase in the number of business and employees while promoting the high-speed rail project, the Plaintiff tenders for the establishment of the Plaintiff’s integrated information system by presenting a detailed statement of business and a written request for proposal prepared by the Plaintiff, as it is necessary to expand the functions of the first system of this case, build infrastructure, consolidate the information system, etc.
