1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 151,368,490 as well as KRW 150,00,000,00 from March 5, 2019 to July 26, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: From June 1, 2019, 12% per annum as stipulated in the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) shall apply.
