Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around August 24, 2016, operated the said vehicle on the front registration number plate of the said vehicle in Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu 63-ro, by putting the reflect tape purchased from around August 24, 2016 to avoid the control of CCTV in violation of restricted speed at the companion stop.
Summary of Evidence
1. Application of statutes governing one-site photographs, motor vehicle registration certificates, vehicle acceptance certificates, and verification of the manufacture of number plates to the defendant's legal statement;
