A From January 16, 2006 to August 31, 2010, a person in charge of transportation and guidance of waste vinyl, pesticide sealing, pesticide disease, pesticide plastic container, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “agricultural wastes”) at the Nancheon-gun branch office of the Korea Environment Corporation, which was located in Gangseo-gu Hongcheon-gun M, and Defendant B, from February 16, 2009 to March 3, 2012, takes charge of transportation and guidance of agricultural wastes distribution and collection compensation at the above Nan branch office of the Korea Environment Corporation, and Defendant C, from March 22, 191 to December 31, 2008, work at the O branch office of the Gangwon-gu branch office of the Korea Environment Corporation.

A person who retires and is entrusted by the above Gangwon branch office from January 1, 2009 to engage in the duty of collecting agricultural wastes, and Defendant D is working at the above N branch office from around 2009 to December 31, 2010.

Upon retirement from office from January 1, 201, a person engaged in the duty of collecting agricultural wastes, who was entrusted by the said Gangwon Branch from around January 1, 201, and Defendant E, as the head of the Hongcheon-gun P from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 201, a person engaged in the duty of collecting agricultural wastes and compensating for removal.

R From February 16, 2009 to February 16, 2009, a person in charge of transportation and mooring of agricultural wastes at the above N N NE’s place of business, and S from May 1, 1992 to July 31, 2010 to the above NE’s place of business.

A person who is entrusted by the said Gangwon-gun branch from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2011, who was engaged in the duty of collecting agricultural wastes, T from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 201, who was engaged in the duty of collecting agricultural wastes and compensating for removal; V, from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 201, as the head of the Qgu in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Seoul; and X, from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 201, who was engaged in the duty of collecting and compensating for agricultural wastes; and, from around January 1, 2006 to around December 31, 201, who supported the above V and engaged in the duty of collecting and collecting agricultural wastes and in the duty of collecting and compensating for agricultural wastes; and from Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Seoul; and
