1. The Defendant shall pay 37,400,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 21, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, indicating the claim, prepared a letter of intent to pay KRW 37,400,000 to the Plaintiff with the settlement amount from February 20, 2013 to June 17, 2013, by December 20, 2013, but did not perform the obligation under the above letter. As such, the Plaintiff did not request the Defendant to pay the said letter of intent.
