Punishment of the crime
On December 15, 2016, at around 23:39, the Defendant driven a Category C car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.052% in blood, from around 2 km section of approximately 0.052% in the influence of alcohol from the So-dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the fishery 456-3 So-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon.
