On July 30, 2013 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant regarding underground floor among the buildings listed in the attached list indicating the claim, the lease contract (up to September 5, 2013, the deposit KRW 10 million, the monthly rent of KRW 17.6 million, the lease term of KRW 17.6 million, and the lease term of September 5, 2013) between the Defendant and the Defendant was terminated at least twice by the Defendant’s delay in rent, thus seeking a return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the monthly rent from March 6, 2015 to March 5, 2015.
