1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B: (a) the entire Zdong of the buildings listed in the attached Table 1 list;
B. Defendant C is listed in the Appendix 1 list.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 16, 2015, the Plaintiff is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 501 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) prior to the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government AO (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. On January 18, 2003, the registration of preservation of ownership in the Defendant B’s name was completed on the whole of the Zdong houses on the ground of the instant land (hereinafter “Zdong buildings”).
C. Of the instant land and the AP-based AP-based housing (hereinafter referred to as “AP-dong housing”), branch AA owns each of the following: (a) from November 20, 2014 to December 27, 2014; (b) from December 27, 2016; (c) Defendant RR from December 27, 2016 to December 27, 2016; (d) Defendant PO from May 30, 2017 to December 27, 2017; and (e) 3rd AD from December 27, 2016 to December 27, 2016; and (c) the part of the instant land occupied by each of the above buildings is the attached Form 3 drawings (a); (b) (c); (d); (e) indication; and (e) indication; and (vii); and (7) indication on each of the instant land.
As of the closing date of the instant case, each possessor of the Zdong building and A Q Dong building shall be as follows.

2. As long as the Defendants without title occupy all or part of the instant land through the ownership or possession of the Zdong and A Qdong building, they own the Plaintiff who exercises the right to claim the removal of interference based on the ownership of the said land.
