1. The accused is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with no license plate in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act;

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time damaged the victim E-owned car to repair KRW 300,000.

2. On June 23, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (Dless Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damages, the Defendant driven an automobile without a number plate that is not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license, from the 39th Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the 662-ray front of Samsung Apartment, with approximately one kilometer from the same Do, to the 1stm of the 662-ray.
