The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 00:50 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (24 years of age) who was under a marital fighting on the front side of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was using his/her title one time as the right blue blue of the defect, such as the price at which the victim D (24 years of age) was under a marital fighting.
2. This part of the facts charged is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s explicit intent pursuant to Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the above victim submitted an agreement to the effect that the above victim does not wish to punish the defendant around November 15, 2013, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
