Seized evidence 1 to 4 shall be confiscated.

From November 5, 2010 to November 14, 2010, the Defendant, in collusion with C and D, installed 40 game rooms of “F operated by the Defendant on the first floor underground of Gwangju Northern-gu E”, and provided 40 screen pictures and scores different from the rating obtained using external storage devices (USB), and provided the modified game to many unspecified customers, such as G, who found the modified game at that point.

2. No person shall arrange for money exchange or exchange or repurchase intangible results obtained through the use of game products by another person.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, exchanged the scores obtained by many unspecified customers who found such places at the rate of KRW 9,00 per 10 per 10.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in business of exchanging the results obtained through the use of game products.
