except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant: (a) from August 16, 2017 to 23:20 on August 21, 2017, the Defendant collected gambling participants from the place of gambling and recruited the number necessary for the operation of gambling, and then, (b) from August 21, 2017 to 23:20 of the same day, the Defendant: (c) gathered gambling participants on the orchard greenhouse located in Seopopo-si C, Seopo-si; (d) divided them into two parts; (e) opened one of them to open one door to 50,00 to 50,000 won on each board desired by gambling participants; and (e) opened the gambling place by making it easier for them to open the entire number of gambling participants and to take part in the gambling; and (e) opened the gambling place under the pretext of profit-making by taking part in the gambling; and (e) made it easier for them to take part in the gambling, and (e) made it easy for them to take part in the gambling.
