1. Larceny;

A. At around 21:00 on October 2, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim’s driver’s license, resident registration certificate, physical card No. 3, and national old physical card with the victim’s driver’s license, and the victim’s license, resident registration certificate, physical card No. 3, and national old physical card in Songpa-gu Seoul.

B. At around 04:00 on December 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the property of the victims with a card tag owned by the said victim, and a driver’s license, resident registration certificate, physical card 1, and Samsung Card owned by the victim, and a copy of the victim’s Samsung Card, which were located therein, at the bar located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Eju).

2. Forgery of private documents, uttering of falsified investigation documents, and fraud;

A. The Defendant, around 10:50 on November 20, 2014, forged each “F” in the signature column of “KB National Card Member(s)”, “personal (credit) information selective consent”, and “personal (credit) information essential consent”, and forged each “F” in the name of F, a private document concerning rights and obligations for the purpose of using signature on the name and obligations, and forged the “application for the membership of the KB Card Member(s) credit information selective consent”, “personal (credit) personal (credit) information consent” and “personal (credit) information essential consent” in the name of F, a private document pertaining to the rights and obligations. The Defendant is aware of the forgery document.
