The Defendant is a person who operates a “Csing practice hall” in Busan Island B.

A person who operates a singing practice place business is prohibited from selling or offering alcoholic beverages at the place of business. However, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages of the amount of KRW 24,000 to the customers whose name is not known in the said singing practice place on March 8, 2016.
