At around 00:10 on July 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) while waiting for food at a place in front of Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, the victim C (the 45-year-old age) was under influence of alcohol; (b) and (c) caused an injury on the number of days of treatment in which the victim’s face is cut to approximately 10m of the victim’s left eye by drinking once again two times with the part of the victim’s face.
