Judgment deeming confession due to the absence of the Defendants (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants merely raised a formal objection after being served with the authentic copy of the payment order, but did not appear on the date for pleading without submitting a specific written response, and thus, it is deemed that they led to the confession of the facts indicated in the cause of the above claim under Article 150(3) and (1
